The "Hybrid Coating Removal Technology" is an environmentally friendly coating removal solution realized by combining coating peeling technology using high-frequency induction heating and laser cleaning technology. It removes coatings from the surfaces of steel structures without relying on abrasive blasting or stripping agents. This significantly reduces the generation of secondary waste such as used abrasives. Additionally, compared to abrasive blasting, it reduces dust and noise generation and can simultaneously remove salts and oils. The collection, handling, and storage of the removed paint film pieces are easy.
